The Next Directory Account gives you instant credit so you can start ordering immediately. You can 'Try before you Buy' as you will have an 8 day approval period after you receive your goods. Interest (service charge) will start to be incurred from the date your goods are despatched. There is a next day delivery & returns service*, alternatively you can collect and return to store for free**.
You will receive a statement every month, showing an up-to-date balance after any further purchases, payments and returns. There will be no service charge if you settle the account in full. If full payment of the current balance, as shown above, has not been received by the due date shown, an interest charge calculated every month at a maximum 1.98% variable (APR 25.99% variable) will be made on the opening balance on your next statement.
You may be eligible for a Directory Card once you have been shopping with us for 6 months, which will allow you to shop in any Next store and exchange or return purchases which will show on your Directory Account Statement.
* This service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to stock availability. Other deliveries will be made by alternative courier and may take longer. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Next Day Delivery does not apply during the Sale period or during Bank Holidays
** This service is available in over 400 Next Stores although we cannot accept any returns through our Airport stores. We are unable to accept the return of selected items, large bulky items, domestic appliances or the copy of the Next Directory through our stores.
