You can place an order online and opt out of receiving a Next Directory, or you request no to receive one over the phone on 0844 844 8000* 24 hours 7 days a week.
When registering for an account online, you will be provided with different options aboutif you wish to receive a directory nor not.
If you decide not to have any further copies of the Next Directory sent out to you, you can cancel these by calling our free book cancellation line on 0800 10 789 78 at any time. You will need to have your self serve pin number available and this can be found on your monthly paper statement, the reverse of your Directory Card or at the top of a despatch note.
Alternatively, if you do not have your self serve pin number available or you wish to cancel the chargeable publications only, please call us on 0844 844 8000*. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 day a week.
All applicants must be over 18 and a U.K resident. Applications can be accepted to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address.
