Can I view my statement Online?

You can view statements online, by going to 'My Account' and clicking on the statement options in the left hand menu.

As an online customer you have the ability to view all the information a paper statement provides 24 hours a day, as well as real time credit card payments, and unbilled orders. You will also be able to instantly access previous statements for the last 4 months where you have been active.

If you have an email address registered with us, we will send you a monthly email when your new statement is available to view. If your account is in arrears, you will automatically be sent a paper statement.

If your Account is set up online you will be defaulted to receive online statements, or if your account is set up over the telephone it will be defaulted to receive paper statements. This can be changed to the way you prefer to receive your statements by logging into your account online by going into 'My Account'. The tab 'Manage Statements' shown under the ‘Statements’ tab in the left hand menu will allow you to select your preference. If you would like to receive online statements click on the 'turn off statements' button and your next statement will be e-mailed to you. If you would like to receive paper statements click on the 'turn on statements' button and your next statement will be sent out by post.
You can find all the choices for how to pay your account balance in the ‘Ways to Pay’ section in ‘My Account’ or on the back of your paper statement.

Currently, you can’t view your statements if you view your account details using our mobile website or app. If you want to access statements using your smart phone or tablet, please choose when prompted or select view the desktop version in your browser settings.
