You can view statements online, by going to 'My Account' and clicking on the statement options in the left hand menu.
As an online customer you have the ability to view all the information a paper statement provides 24 hours a day, as well as real time credit card payments, and unbilled orders. You will also be able to instantly access previous statements for the last 24 months.
If you have an email address registered with us, we will send you a monthly email when your new statement is available to view. If your account is in arrears, you will automatically be sent a paper statement.
If your Account is set up online, it will be defaulted to receive online statements. If your account is set up on the telephone it will be defaulted to receive paper statements. This can be changed to match your choice by logging into your account online by going into 'My Account'. The tab 'manage statements' shown in the left hand menu will allow you to select your preference. If you would like to receive online statements click on the 'turn off statements' button and your next statement will be e-mailed to you. If you would like to receive paper statements click on the 'turn on statements' button and your next statement will be sent out by post.
Please do not turn off paper statements if you pay by cheque, Post Office or at a bank as you will need the giro slip at the bottom of your paper statement.
