What is the Returns Policy?

Just return your unwanted item(s) within 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods*.

Returns can be made by the following methods:

To Store or Selected Payzone Outlets
Please take your returns together with your delivery note to any Next store or Payzone Outlet in the UK. Your nearest Next Stores and Payzone Outlets are shown on your Delivery Note.

By Courier
Please call your courier on the number provided on the parcel or visit next.co.uk\my account to arrange a collection request. Alternatively you can call us on 0333 777 8000** or call our self serve on 0800 587 7758.

Flexible accounts
If you return all items ordered and any one of which is collected by our courier, you will be charged a collection charge of £3.99. On returning the whole order, we will refund the delivery charge of £3.99.

Pay with your order account
If you have a ‘pay with order’ account and request a courier to collect any items, a collection charge will be made.


All items will be inspected on return.

What should I do if I lose my despatch/returns note?

Should you wish to return any items, please call our selfserve line on 0333 777 4574* and have your selfserve pin ready and we will send you a returns label. Alternatively contact our Customer Services Department on 0333 777 8000*, who will be able to send you a blank returns note and parcel label. Please do not return anything without a despatch/returns note, as it could result in the parcel not crediting to your account.

You are not able to return your order to a Next Retail store outside of the UK and Eire.

Christmas Returns

Usually, we ask you to return any unwanted items within 14 days.

At Christmas, we know that's not always possible as items are bought in advance and given as gifts at Christmas time. So if you're ordering items now for Christmas presents, you may return them up to mid January, as long as they have not been worn or used, and have the original labels attached.

Service charge will be added to your account when the items are billed unless your account balance is paid in full.

The returns policy for Christmas decorations is 14 days from the date of in-store purchase, or if we deliver the product to you, then within 14 days from the date you received it. The product must be unused and within the original packaging. This 14 day policy does not apply for faulty items and does not affect your consumer rights.
