Returns Method

To cancel your order, simply call us to let us know or return your unwanted item(s) within 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods*.

Returns can be made by the following methods:

To Store
Please take your returns together with your delivery note to any of our retail or clearance stores in the UK, or to a Hermes ParcelShop. You can find your nearest store on our store search page.

By Courier
Please call your courier on the number provided on the parcel or visit\my account to arrange a collection request. Alternatively you can call us on 0333 777 8000** or call our selfserve on 0800 587 7758.

Next Credit accounts
If you return all items ordered and any one of which is collected by our courier, you will be charged a collection charge of £3.99. On returning the whole order, we will refund the delivery charge of £3.99.

Pay with your order account
If you have a ‘pay with order’ account and request a courier to collect any items, a collection charge will be made.

All items will be inspected on return.

What should I do if I lose my despatch/returns note?

Should you wish to return any items, please call our selfserve line on 0333 777 4574** and have your selfserve pin ready and we will send you a returns label. Alternatively contact our Customer Services Department on 0333 777 8000**, who will be able to send you a blank returns note and parcel label. Please do not return anything without a despatch/returns note, as it could result in the parcel not crediting to your account.

You are not able to return your order to a Next Retail store outside of the UK and Eire.
