Returns by Courier
For 'Flexible accounts' a collection charge will not be made if you keep part of your order.
A Courier collection charge of £3.99 is applied if you return your whole order.
If you return all items ordered and any one of which is collected by our courier, you will be charged a collection charge of £3.99. On returning the whole order, we will refund the delivery charge of £3.99.
Call 0333 777 8000* to arrange for your courier to collect items from home, or log into ‘My Account’ at next.co.uk to arrange a courier return.
If you have a ‘pay with order’ account and request a courier to collect any items, a collection charge will be made.
Please allow 14 days for your return to be inspected and credited to your account/card.
Returns to Store
Returns via our stores are free of charge.
Large, bulky items cannot be returned to a store and stores cannot exchange items. Please remember to take your delivery note with you into the store. You can find your nearest store on our store search page.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns through our airport stores.
Returns via our stores will be credited to your account/card within 2 days. Your return will be inspected when received at our warehouse.
Returns through Selected Payzone Outlets
1. Take your items and original despatch note to your local participating Payzone Outlet in the UK.
2. Your local Payzone Outlet can be found by selecting Returns Locations from the drop down at Next: Official Site - Store Search | Find Your Nearest Store
3. A receipt will be issued as proof of return.
4. Returns via Payzone will be credited to your account/card within 2 days. Your return will be inspected when received at our warehouse.
A non refundable collection charge of £30.00 will be applied to selected furniture items if delivery is refused, or collection is requested, unless the product is faulty or does fit the description given.
PLEASE NOTE you are unable to return Beaverbrooks items to Next either via the courier service, through Next Stores or through Payzone. Please use the freepost returns label provided on your invoice.
