We are very sorry that you have not yet received your directory from us.
If you have a Next Directory Flexible account, we will automatically send the Autumn Winter and Spring Summer fashion and home directories to you, unless you request otherwise.
The directories are sent after the ends of season sales. There is a charge of £3.75 for each directory.
If you have been billed for the directory and have not received it 10 days after the charge date, please call us on 0844 844 8000* and we will be able to assist you further.
If you have a Credit/Debit account and you pay for your orders in full at the time of order please call us on 0844 844 8000* and you will be able to request the directory. Please note that you will need to make a payment of £3.75 for the directory with a Credit/Debit card that is registered to the account address.
