Can I change or cancel my order?

As we offer a next day delivery service we are unable to change or cancel items which were available for despatch at the time of order, due to our fast track processing.


You are able to change or cancel items which were on a delay at the time of order.


You can cancel these online by signing in and going onto ‘My Account’.  View any items on delay by clicking on ‘Order Tracking’ and select ‘Reserved Items’ then click the ‘cancel’ button next to the item you wish to cancel. Alternatively, you may call us on 0844 844 8000* 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week.


If you receive items that you no longer require please return them in the normal way. Please see ‘Returns’ information online. Full details on how to return an order are also shown on the reverse of your despatch note.
