If you have recently changed your name please send your new details to Next by email or write to Next, PO Box 4000, Sheffield, S97 3ET with the following information:
- Customer Number
- Date of Birth
- Full Address
- Name that is currently on the account
- New Name
- Date change is in effect from
Please note that we are unable to accept notification of a change of name from a third party due to the data protection act.
Change of e-mail address or telephone number/s.
If you wish to change or register your email address you can do this by signing into 'My Account' with your password and then selecting ‘contact details', which can be found on the left hand side of the account summary screen. From here you will also be able to update your telephone number and update your contact preferences.
