All of our item numbers are six digits, followed by a publication code e.g X47. You can enter the item number on quickshop in any of the following combinations:

If a message is displayed stating invalid/incomplete item number, check you have used one of the above combinations. If you have then it is possible that the item is from a previous season and unfortunately no longer available; you can confirm this by looking for the item in your current Next Directory and/or brochure.
If you have seen the item in one of our retail stores, it may be that the item is only stocked in retail stores, if you wish to check if the item is available in your local store please call us on 0333 777 8000*.
