When will my order be delivered?
Normal delivery time is 2 weeks from receipt of an acceptable image.
Can I return my art if I am not happy with it?
As this is a custom made product, no refunds or exchanges can be made unless there is a manufacturing defect. The quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the original image. Some colour variation may occur in reproduction. You must ensure that you have the rights and the permission to use the image you have selected and Next reserves the right to not print any image they deem unsuitable or may cause offence.
What image formats can I upload?
We can only accept JPEG images (.jpg or .jpeg).
How do I convert an image to a JPEG?

How do I ensure that the image is less than 7Mb?
