Your password hint can be anything you want it to be, as long as it does not contain your actual password. Please make sure that your hint will not make it easy for someone else to guess.
Examples of bad password hints:
- It’s ‘password’ but use a zero instead of ‘o’
- My car number plate
- Date of birth
If you have forgotten your password, please enter your e-mail address or customer number on the forgotten password page. The password hint will then be displayed. If the hint is not yet displayed, then you have not yet set up a password hint.
