We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition with a receipt within 28 days*.
A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt.
For debit/credit card refunds, the card and the cardholder must be present. Otherwise the purchase will be refunded onto a NEXT gift card.
Refunds from gift receipts will be given onto a NEXT gift card**.
* Gifts bought for Christmas can be returned up to 28 days after Christmas Day (22nd January)
** NEXT gift and refund cards are valid for 2 years from the date they were issued or last used.
