What Should I do if I have Lost My Despatch Note?

If you are keeping the items, don’t worry as your order will be detailed in full on your next monthly statement.

Should you wish to return any items, please call our selfserve line on 0333 777 4574 and have your selfserve pin ready and we will send you a returns label. Alternatively contact our Customer Service Team on 0333 77 78000*, who will be able to send you a blank returns note and parcel label. Please do not return anything with out a despatch/returns note, as it could result in the parcel not crediting to your account.
