How do I order an eVoucher?
• Visit our eVouchers page found under “Flowers and Gifts”.
• Select the desired gift amount (between £5 and £200), choose a design, add in the recipient details and add an optional gift message.
• Choose a delivery date – you can schedule your eVoucher to be sent up to 60 days in advance.
• Click the Add to Bag button. The eVoucher will be added to the shopping bag total at the top right hand corner of the site.
If you'd like to order another eVoucher, complete the order form again page and click the Add to Bag button.
Can the evoucher I’m ordering be added to my flexible account ?
If you sign-in to your account using your e-mail address and password the eVoucher can be added to your flexible account. eVouchers are charged to the account at the time of order, however If you have signed in using your Customer number and DOB you will be asked to pay for the eVoucher at the time of order. Full payment will be requested for an eVoucher if this is your first order.
When will the eVoucher arrive?
Generally the eVoucher should arrive within 30 minutes of being ordered. eVouchers are sent between the hours of 06:30 and 22:30. However, please note that this is an estimate. If you wish, you can also specify a delivery date up to 60 days in advance of the purchase date.
Will I receive confirmation that my eVoucher has been sent
An e-mail confirming the eVoucher order and the recipients voucher number will be sent to the customers e-mail address.
If the eVoucher is undelivered after 3 attempts, an e-mail will be sent to the customer who ordered the eVoucher asking them to contact us.
Does Next charge for delivery of an eVoucher?
No, there are no delivery charges on an eVoucher.
Do I need to activate my Next eVoucher?
No, the eVoucher is activated as soon as we email it to the recipient.
How do I check the balance?
To check the balance on your eVoucher please call 0844 412 0300* in the UK or 1890886111 in the ROI. Alternatively you can check your balance in any one of our stores.
Is there an expiry period for my eVoucher?
eVouchers are valid for 24 months from the last transaction (transactions include balance enquiries).
MAKING A PURCHASE
Where can I use my eVoucher?
Your eVoucher can be used for goods purchased in participating Next Retail stores in the UK and Eire or online at next.co.uk.
How do I redeem an eVoucher in store?
You can take a print out of your eVoucher into any participating Next store in the UK and Eire or alternatively you can present your eVoucher email on your mobile phone.
What products can I purchase using a Next eVoucher?
eVouchers cannot be used on the following websites: Next Bathrooms, Hammonds, Photos, Domestic Appliances, Art2Order, Green Retreats, Made 2 Order, Flooring, Wine, Gift List, Flowers, House Signs, Music & DVD, Carpets, Kitchens, Home Design Service, Magazine, Experience and nextdirect.com.
eVouchers cannot be used to buy Gift Cards or eVouchers or pay the account used to purchase them.
Can I use my eVoucher as part payment?
Yes, you can pay the difference in the following ways depending if you are shopping online or in store:
a) Next Directory Account
b) Gift Card
c) Credit or Debit Card
d) Cash (in store only)
It must be noted that eVouchers cannot be used to buy Gift Cards or eVouchers, nor can you make a payment against the Next Directory account that the eVoucher was originally purchased with.
What if I want to make a purchase that costs more than the balance on my eVoucher?
To make a purchase for an amount greater than the balance on your eVoucher you will need to use a second form of payment to cover the difference.

Can I merge multiple Next Gift Cards/eVouchers into a single Next Gift Card?
Yes, you can do this at any Next Retail Store.
Can eVouchers be used by anyone?
eVoucher's cannot be redeemed online by someone under 18 as some products on next.co.uk and in selected stores may not be purchased by persons under a specified age. If you are planning to give an eVoucher to someone under 18 years of age please ensure they are aware that some products are unavailable to them.
What happens if my eVoucher is lost, stolen or damaged?
Your eVoucher is valuable. Please keep your eVoucher number and pin secure. If you have lost your print out, you can reprint the eVoucher if you have the original email. Next cannot accept responsibility for your eVoucher if it is lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission.
