VIP SALE Selection Criteria - Please Read Carefully...
To be selected for an invitation you must:
1. Have a Next flexible credit account with at least £250 credit available.
2. Have placed and kept an order from the Next Directory this season.
3. Have an up to date email address and be registered to receive sale and promotional emails. (You can amend or update your e-mail address when you sign into your account online.)
4. Have received a current season copy of the Next Directory.
5. Have returned less than two thirds of the items you’ve ordered.
VIP SALE Information - Please Read Carefully...
When you’re shopping in our VIP Sale, you’ll be on a completely separate site at http://www.next.co.uk/vipsale.
This means that you won't be able to transfer your bag between the two sites, i.e. won't be able to include non sale items in your VIP shop.
If you wish to shop for other items as well, please ensure you fully complete your sale order, before logging into our regular site http://www.next.co.uk
1. Only invited customers can book a sale slot.
2. Time slots are restricted to one slot per customer but you can update your slot at any time (Subject to Availability).
3. All slots are allocated on a first come, first served basis and the number of slots are limited.
4. You must use http://www.next.co.uk/vipsale ensure you receive the sale prices.
5. No price adjustments will be offered once an order has been completed without using the official VIP Sale link (/vipsale).
6. If you have started shopping and adding to bag, if you leave your shopping bag idle for 20 minutes your bag will be emptied and you will need to start again.
7. All sale items are subject to availability.
8. Delivery for VIP sale items will be within 8 days. Subject to availability.
9. If you have an alternate delivery address set as default, you will be required to pay for your VIP sale order in full. To add your VIP sale order to your next account, please switch your default delivery address to your account address through My Account, before you sign-in and place your VIP Order.
10. Store delivery is not offered for VIP Sale orders.
11. The VIP sale offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including free delivery.
12. Sale orders will be delivered within 7-10 days and are dependent on stock availability.
13. During busy periods, we may restrict the number of items you can add to your shopping bag. When this happens, you will have the opportunity to remove items and complete your order.
14. VIP sale invitations are made at the discretion of Next. Your future VIP status may be affected if you reserve a VIP sale slot but do not use that slot to shop the sale, as it is not fair on other Next customers who have not managed to reserve one. This may mean that you are not invited to selected VIP Sale events in the future.
