VIP SALE Selection Criteria - Please Read Carefully...

To be selected for an invitation you must:

1.  Have an existing nextpay account with at least £250 available credit. If your nextpay account was opened in the 12 weeks prior to being selected for VIP Sale, no minimum available credit applies. The value or order that can be added to your nextpay account is subject to your available credit at the time you shop.

2. Have placed and kept an order from the Next Directory this season.

3. Have an up to date email address and be registered to receive sale and promotional emails. (You can amend or update your e-mail address when you sign into your account online.)


VIP SALE Information - Please Read Carefully...

When you’re shopping in our VIP Sale, you’ll be on a completely separate site at
http://www.next.co.uk/vipsale.

This means that you won't be able to transfer your bag between the two sites, i.e. won't be able to include non-sale items in your VIP shop.

If you wish to shop for other items as well, please ensure you fully complete your sale order, before logging into our regular site
http://www.next.co.uk

Saved bags and saved for later will be switched off during the sale period.

1. Only invited customers will be able to book a slot and order from the VIP sale. Do not forward details of this service - they are specific to your account.


2. Slots are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Time slots are restricted to one slot per customer and you can log in until 23:59 on Friday 23rd March 2018.


3. If you have difficulty booking your slot, you can also access the VIP Sale at www.next.co.uk/vipsale.

4. If you have an alternative delivery address set as a default or select store delivery, you may be required to pay for your sale order in full. If you would like to add your sale order to your nextpay account (subject to available credit), sign into My Account and remove the default delivery address before logging into your VIP slot. Your order will be delivered to your billing address.


5. The VIP Sale is very popular and you have been sent an invitation before other Next customers. In the interests of fairness, if you book a VIP shopping slot and do not use it, this may affect your eligibility for any priority VIP Sale invitations in the future. 


6. All Sale items are subject to availability. Delivery to Next stores is available for sale orders but local shop (not Next) collection and DPD is not available.

7. The default store can only be changed when you register for your VIP slot. After this the default store cannot be changed for sale orders.

8. Next day delivery is not available for VIP Sale and Sale orders. Delivery of in stock items can take up to 21 days. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date at the time of order.

9. Send to a friend delivery service will not be available during the VIP Sale and Sale.

10. You must use www.next.co.uk/vipsale to ensure you receive the sale prices. No price adjustments will be offered once an order has been completed without using the previous link.

11. VIP sale offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer.


12. During busy periods, we may restrict the number of items you can add to your shopping bag. When this happens, you will have the opportunity to remove items and complete your order.


13. VIP Sale and Sale excludes personalised gifts, photo and personalised picture gifts, domestic appliances, Hammonds,Art2Order, Made2Measure, wine, gift list, wall stickers, gift cards, eGift cards, fresh flowers, house signs, garden plants and gift experiences.
