If you have returned items to one of our Next stores, we will credit your account as follows depending upon the day of the return:

If items are returned via courier or the Post Office, please allow 14 days for your account to be credited.
If you have a valid e-mail address registered to your account, we will send you an e-mail to let you know once we have received your returns.
If you have allowed this amount of time and not received a credit, then please call us on 0333 777 8000* between 8am – 11pm, 7 days a week and we will be able to assist you further.
If you have made payment with a Credit/Debit card, Giftcard or eVoucher with your order this amount will be credited to your Next directory account. Any returns that you make thereafter will also be credited to your Next directory account.
If you require the credit from your returns to be refunded via the method that you used to make the initial payment please call us on 0333 777 8000* between 8am – 11pm, 7 days and we will be able to assist you further.
