Reset Your Password

If you wish to change your password you can do this online by signing into ‘My Account’ with your password.

Once you have logged in please click on ‘Sign In Details’ on the left hand side of the screen. From here you will first be asked to enter your current password and then you can enter and confirm your new password.

Forgotten Password

Please note that you will need to know your existing password before you can amend these details.

If you do not know your current password you will need to reset it from the ‘My Account’ screen. Please click on ‘Forgotten Password’. From here you can view your ‘password hint’ and reset your password if you are unable to remember it.

You will need to log out to access the forgotten password section.

You will then receive an e-mail containing a temporary password within half an hour. With this password you will be able log-in to ‘My Account’ and change your password by clicking on ‘Sign in details’ on the left hand side of the page.
