I have received a faulty item / My Item has become faulty


We’re sorry you have a faulty item.

You can return the item to one of our retail or clearance stores, or to a Hermes ParcelShop. If that’s not convenient, a courier can collect the item from you. To arrange a collection please go to My Account – Arrange a Return, or you can call us on 0333 777 8000* (please hit option 1).

If returning by courier and you need a returns form please call 0333 777 4574* and we’ll send you one.

If your faulty item is furniture and was delivered by our 2 man delivery team, then please call 0333 777 8999*.
