Whilst the majority of our parcels are being delivered on time, in some parts of the country; particularly Scotland and Ireland, that are affected by weather, we are having difficulties getting through to deliver orders. My area is unaffected by the weather conditions. Why is my delivery late?
Even though your own area is unaffected, the delivery may be coming from an area affected by adverse weather, causing delays. We are doing our best to deliver all orders as soon as we can.
I can’t get to store to collect my order. What will happen?
Don't worry if the weather is preventing you from collecting your store order. We will hold your order for 14 days.
