How do I Sign In to my account?
We have recently made some changes to improve the functionality of the site. These changes mean that you can no longer access all of the features within your My Account area unless you use a password to sign in.
To sign in with your password
- Please enter the email address registered on your account or your customer number (as printed on your delivery note or statement).
- Enter your password
- Click 'Sign In'.
Can I still order?
Yes – if you sign in using a combination of your customer number and Date of Birth you can carry on and place an order as normal on the site.
I want to access My Account, but I cant remember my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address or customer number to reset your password. We will email you a new password which you can use to sign in. You will be required to change this once you have accessed My Account.
I don’t have a password set up?
If you don’t yet have a password set up, once you sign into the My Account area we will create a temporary password which we will email to you. You will be required to change this password once you have accessed My Account.
If you don’t have an email address set up on your account, you will need to call our customer services team on 0333 777 8237* for assistance setting up a password.
