Once you have placed your order from our fabulous Home range, you may or may not be offered a date to schedule your delivery.

Offered a Date at Point of Order

If you are offered a date, if we have your mobile number, we’ll text you the day before your delivery is due. The text will remind you that we’re coming, and will give you an approximate time band.

Off Shore/Highlands Deliveries Offered a Date at Point of Order

If you live in one of the post codes noted below, you will receive a call from your local carrier within 72 hours of the date booked at point of order. You will then be able to arrange a convenient delivery date with them directly.

Not Offered a Date at Point of Order

If you are not offered a delivery date at the time of placing your order, this will be because we’re awaiting stock of the item(s) you’ve ordered. We’ll always aim to deliver your whole order in one delivery, so once all the items have arrived into our warehouse, this is what will happen next:

1.       You’ll receive a self booking link by email or text message, so that you can choose a convenient delivery date. If you don’t book delivery for yourself, we’ll get in touch by telephone to book a delivery date with you.

2.       If we’ve got your mobile number, we’ll drop you a text the day before your delivery is due to remind you we’ll be coming the following day. We’ll also give you an approximate time band.

Off Shore/Highlands Deliveries Not Offered a Date at Point of Order

If you live in one of the post codes noted below, there are some minor differences in the contact you’ll receive due to your order being delivered by a local carrier. If you’re not offered a date at the time of order, this will be because we’re awaiting stock of the item(s) you have ordered. We’ll always aim to deliver your whole order in one delivery, so once all the items have arrived into our warehouse, this is what will happen next:

1.       You’ll receive a call from Next to book a delivery date with you. The date you’ll be given is the date your order will reach your local carrier.

2.       72 hours after this date, you will receive a call from your local carrier to arrange a convenient delivery date.
