Q. I have an appointment arranged, will this appointment still go ahead?

A. Yes if you wish, but the contract would be with yourselves and Betta Living and Next would have no association with this order


Q. I have an appointment arranged, can I now cancel it?

A. Yes if you wish, what is the date of your appointment and we will cancel this on your behalf


Q. I have paid a deposit for a Kitchen, will my kitchen still be fitted?

A. Yes your order is secure and will go ahead as planned


Q. I have a date booked for my Kitchen to be fitted, will my kitchen still be fitted?

A. Yes your order is secure and will go ahead as planned


Q. I have paid a deposit for a Kitchen, as Next is now parting company with Betta Living, I now want to cancel my order, can I do this?

A. Yes you can, Next will advise Betta Living of your decision and follow through with Betta Living for the return of your deposit. Please note that deposits can only be returned 14 days after the deposit payment date


Q. Can I go direct to the Fitted Kitchen Supplier and request an appointment?

A. Yes you can, but the contract would be with yourselves and Betta Living and Next would have no association with this order


Q. Will my Kitchen Warranty still be valid?

A. Yes it will


Q. I have an outstanding Customer Complaint with Betta Living, should I continue to speak to Betta Living regarding this?

A. Next will contact Betta Living on your behalf for an update, and will get back in touch with you to let you know what is happening. Next will continue to follow through with Betta Living on your behalf until complete
